SWEET POTATOES - Buddha bowl

My buddha bowl : SWEET POTATOES / RICE / PRAWN / AVOCADO

YOU WILL NEED:

- 200 g of rice

- 100 g of prawn

- broccoli

- 2 sweet potatoes

- 1 onion

- 1 avocado

- 50 g of cashew nut

- caesar sauce or humus


STEPS

1.. Preheat your oven to 270°

2. Remove the skin from your sweet potatoes and cut them into small pieces

3. Put them in the oven for 40 minutes to 220°

4. Heat your rice in the pan for about 10 minutes

5. Steam your broccoli for about 10 minutes

6.Cut your onion into small pieces and cook it in your pan

7. Cut your avocado

8. In your bowl: put your rice first ( you can add some salty sauce) , your sweet potatoes, then your pieces of onion, your brocoli, add your prawns and a bit of cashew nut. Put your avocado pieces, add a caesar sauce on top of it and VOILA !
