How does it work ?
ON THE FIRST PAGE
You will find a box where you will write your objectives of the month.
Then, you have a calendar, where you can highlight important days, birthdays, meeting, exams days...
And a blank space for any other annotations
ON THE SECOND PAGE
This is a weekly overview. You will find a box for each week of the month. You will write all the things you've accomplished for each week. It's a good way to remember what you did that month and interesting to look back at it
ON THE THIRD PAGE
This page is totally personnal and represents a good way to track your life.
It's called my "Routine essential". The goal is to choose the 5 things (or less) you want to do every day and that are important to you. It can be for example : go to the gym, read and study. So you will write GYM / READ / STUDY on the first horizontal column.
Then, each time you accomplish one thing, you have to color the box, corresponding on the day.
At the end of the month you will be able to see how well you have established the routine you want to set for you
ON THE FOURTH PAGE
This page is great for those who want to start working out but also for those who are already working out.
This is a Workout schedule. As you can see, there are 5 big boxes with each day of the week. So for each week, you will color the days where you've been working out.
There is, on the bottom page a "Key" section. Color each box and write the corresponding workout. For example, color in red and write "CARDIO". Then, everytime you will have done some Cardio, you will color the corresponding box in red.
As you can see, for each day of the week, you have 3 boxes. This is in case you did many workout exercices like : Cardio & Yoga for instance. You can also write the time on each box.
One again, it is a great way to evaluate how much you dedicated yourself to working out each month
ON THE LAST TWO PAGES
This is your BUCKET LIST. This is where you can write : the things you want to do, to buy, the books you want to read, the series/movies you want to watch, places you want to go to, recipes you will like to recreate and the 1 week challenges you'd like to try.
This section will motivates you to try new things, set your month and help you organize yourself a little bit more
